Beware of: - Mr. Salmon (very dark / black skin looks like he just come from the jungle & he has a fat wife with stupid hats) Dara salesman (overweight Cambodian) H2O new pool company in Victory Hill, Sihanoukville. (Unless they fire him)
I have at the time of writing this 17/09/11 nearly 6 months of nightmare, the pool should of taken 2 months to build, I let them start early so they had plenty of time, it was in the contract pool to be completed by 1st September 2011 that was nearly 3 weeks ago & it isn't finished yet.
The man I had a contract with is known as Mr. Salmon, sure that is not his real name, I as believe he is on the run from many unhappy customers, he never stays in one place very long & he keeps his movements a secret.
He worked before for a company called Poolrite & now works for a new company called H2O based in Victory Hill, Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The salesman is called Dara. I have no problem with H2O (only that they have employed such a person, knowing what he is doing) & no problem with Dara (only that he brought him to me & said he was good & had been building pools for 14 years)
Mr. Salmon is always wanting to borrow money & if you don't give to him he threatens to damages pumps etc so you will have problems in the future, he took $17,000 of my money & used most on starting to build other pools, so there was no money to purchase the things for my pool, the total price is $24,000, I have been paying workers salary & food or I would have no workers as Mr. Salmon doesn't pay anyone, I have been paying for sand, cement, bricks, pipes etc, or it would never be finished, he promises that the next day tiles, pumps etc will be here but that never happens, he was born lying & will not stop until the day he dies, never has he told me 1 true thing.
