Jet skis are a magnificent and fun personal watercrafts, if you live near a body of water, it’s definitely a must do activity. It is really one of the most exciting things to do in the water; actually I think it is the greatest water activity in the world. Being on a Jet Ski makes you feel like the master of the water, like a speeding dolphin cutting through the sea at high speeds.
Once you get on one of those things, you feel like you never want to get off. The cool thing about jet skiing is you can share the wonderful experience with someone else or multiple people, there are several types of jet skis, all the way from single personal crafts to three setters so you and your friends can ride together in the water. If you’re fortunate enough to be able to afford one and you live near a body of water, I highly recommend you purchase one, they last years and come with insurance, it’s something I guarantee you won’t regret. But if you don’t have enough money for one but you still want to experience this wonderful watercraft there is a solution!
You could always rent one, here in Miami it’s a big thing to do, people are out in the water every day and the beaches are live, there’s always one Jet Ski out in the water during the day. The rates around here are about $169 an hour, most people think that the rates are really expensive and overpriced, but what most people don’t know is that, the price is completely fair. A jet ski alone can price anywhere from $6,000 and up all the way to $20,000, they’re also delicate and require maintenance every now and then, also let’s not forget about the insurance.
So if you actually think about it $169 an hour is really cheap for using this kind of watercraft, that’s like renting a Ferrari for one day which is about $1,500 and a Ferrari goes for about $200,000. There’s a bunch of other reasons as well on why it cost $169, the Jet Ski rental companies also need a license to be able to rent it out to people, and that license cost a pretty penny.
Oh! Let’s not also forget about storage, keeping those babies safe and transporting them back from the ocean also cost a lot, so putting all these things into consideration, I think a Miami Jet Ski rental $169 an hour is a bargain. When you buy the hours it’s pretty cool because you can choose if you want to be with a guide that can bring you around, it’s great because they know all the cool spots to Jet Ski at. Here in Miami we have a couple islands and bays that allow jet skier’s so it’s kind of neat to see all the different bodies of water we have here on the Jet Ski, and oh boy do those things go fast!
